[FF | The Phuket Quartet]

yeah

that guy below me made me laugh, in a good way.
but this is a great song, all the instruments fit in great.
the hi-hat tamb sound is really shakey, i like it, try using parametric EQ and upping the next-to-highest band, it should give it more of a zing.
but i liked the song man, good job.

it's really smooth, i like the drums a lot.
but the bell thing in the beginning could be EQ'd a little so it's not so loud.
hmm, and that sax lne sounds off for some reason.
at 1:02, that instrument is good, try using chorus on it, to make it sound awesomer.
well it's a cool song, but it's got no hook, just a repeating melody.
but other than that it's a pretty good song, dude.

yeah i kept having to adjust the volume in the beginning to match up, i might work on it some more. the 1:02 idea is pretty good man, i'll have to put that in to see what it sounds like. thanks for reviewing, hope to hear some more music from you soon, you got some talent

you should try

finishing some songs.
this one sounds like half finished.
and the rest are quite unfinished.
buckle down and work on 1 song.
you've got flare out the wazoo, you just need to work on some of the writing (melodically) and you need to finish a butt-fucking song.

yea yur right and im a workin on it. The reason why mostly is becuase my computer reaaallly limits me alot. Only ways for me to really finish one is if I go and use my grandparents computer (lol) cause its alot faster.

sounds great, dood

the piano does get kinda drowned out, maybe you could louden the upper frequencies so it doesn't get lost in the beat.
0:58 sounds awexome, imo.
uhh, maybe widen or chorus the clap so it sticks out a little more.
it gets kinda boring, so towards the end pick the beat up and do some awesome breakbeats or sumpin' instead of taking away and re-adding the drums over and over.

so here's my actual review. (oh and my tummy fells lots better now).
well the song didn't have much to it other than a beat, effects(lots) and sprinkles of noises, but it was done pretty well.

i'd review it fuller, but it feels like my stomach is about to burst. asdlkajs.
its kinda shallow, up the bass a little. but the chord progression sounds tight and good job. ugh.

very personalized and glitchy. but it seems like you know what you are doing.
the snare(or some of them, you use like 80 dif snares) sounds really MIDI, in my opinion, but it might be intended.
i dunno if this is dance, but it sounds great, although a little empty.

sounds okeydoke to me

some tard is just 0-bombing everyone's submissions.
the EQ is nice and the instruments were'nt too bad, actually.
the constant bass gets repeptitiviveiveivepetitive.
or i guess it picks up a little too slow for my tastes.
the writing is very on-beat, but whatever.
the main lead is a little too loud, or maybe it doesn't cover the right freq, but i dunno.
anyways, good job on the song.
