weird

its so random, lol.
but i liked that bassline and the minor chord progressions.

well it sounds good

its EQ'd... ok, and the intsturments you picked weren't half bad, but there's nothing nothing new here, i guess i'll save the criticism for the full sawng, but it sounds great, just add some flare to it.

lol

beginner? lol coulda used a soft slap-popping.
and the low note should change a little bit, not just the same note, its sounds ok as is, but it couldve sounded cooler, man.

TheDraxor responds:

Ah sorry, wasn't in the mood for slapping at the time :p I'll put up some slap another day~ Thanks for the review. The low note was simply my open string.

its trance

cant expect it to sound much different than any other trance out there, but it is professionally done, so kudos.
id like to hear a trance that doesnt use cymbals every 5 seconds.
or a trance that didnt use the heavy saw for 90% of the song.
but then again.
it wouldnt be a trance.
its an ok genre if you like the occasional jumpy song, but unless you look REAAAALLLLLLYYYYYY hard,
it all has the same timbre, i gess is what im trying to say..

MrAw3s0me responds:

thx for the review , and yeh , i understood what ur trying to say , its essential to dont make it repetitive , and on that point , im not that good , so yea , trying to wotk this out for a long time :-P

i cant really review it

seeing as its not current and all, but pshh.
for you, the EQing isnt the greatest, but its an early work, the tune is great and could really hit hard with newgrounders, but its just not polished right now.
that remix (if its ever done) will sound extraordinary

like it

real poppy.if that little lead panned, that'd sound cool. and its a little loud, try using 2 different leads that are about the same volume for a pad effect.

sounds good

needs EQ.
good little hard tune, and nice beat, but the piano needs to be softer, even if its meant to be loud, its just overwhelming.
and the bass needs to be.. bassier.
use more bass boost.

i dunno a lot about ambient

but i liked it, good reverb and it didnt cloud up and distort.
liked it.
keep on keepin on.
id like it if you looked at somma my stuff, kinda give an opinion.
thanks, man.

PoyzenJam responds:

thanks, glad you liked it. and sure ill take a look.

ssounds like a beginning

extend the bass as the song progresses, from 1/4 notes to 1/2 or stretch them until the next note, and add more reverb to the bell, pull back on that cowbell-sounding thing. nice tune and good beat, very tight, but parts of the song have to loosen up to show off how nice the bassline is.

aloneagainfriend responds:

yeah ty

lol at Xdusk.

haha dude.
well let's see.
very smooth and it works nice, but there's something missing,
maybe something more high-pitched that has a nice rythm and can repeat to catch listener's ears better.
and if you can write, you should try rapping to some of these, you definently have beat. or just ask someone to rap for you.

freddyfinger responds:

yeah it's a more slowed down and laid back track from my other tracks. it doesn't really start until about 41 seconds. i'm not really sure what else i could add to it heh. i'm totally not a good rapper haha, i just make the beats and submit to the ap. if anyone is interested they can rap over them. thanks for your review and suggestions. by the way, what program(s) do you use to make music?
