very experimental

execpt for the last 30 seconds or so, it was very ambient and there were some weird (but nice) sounds.
i dolike how it turned out, tho.
and for the trancey part, try adding some hi-hats for a really nice rhythm.
i suggest either :
DnB style
or
Whatever type Kazm0 (he's on the NG audio board a lot) uses.
i really thinkyou should develop this song some more :D

TheBoredBoy responds:

Ah, thanks for the feedback.
But I should tell you one thing though, I'm hopeless at DnB, so I might take the second option.
:)

nice, flowing chords

try and ramp the bassier notes up a little to help balance the sound.
not a whole lot, but just enough to stamp the chords in.

SatoDraygonFist2 responds:

Noted. I write these songs with headphones in, so when I hear the 'computer speaker' version, it's always a bit disappointing. I'll go see what I can do.

good jorb on this

it was really weird, and until the singing noise i kinda liked it.
choir isn't 8-bit :/

i liked, but there were some problems

that clap is too wet, tighten it up, or at least add some reverb to make it sound less sloppy. the bitmap thing should be a lot quieter when the song progresses, so peopl don't hear it as much over the main tune.
drums were REALLY loud, eq them so they fit, but don't go unnoticed (like seperate each drum instrument and EQ individually.
i liked what was here, especially the beginning, but it needs some tuning up.

MeToua responds:

Thank you very much.

It's always good to get some feed back.

hmm

as far as the composure goes, i like it, although the melody leaves something to be desired.
i liked the rhythm from :21 to :45 that breakdown-y beat sounds cool.
but the instruments sound really plastic.. it DOES need some work in Mastering,
but still, you've got a nice platform to work off of here.

ProjectStormForce responds:

Thanks a bunch!

i've always like triplets

but without vocals or something to play over it, triplet strumming doesn't do well.
so write in a hard saw or vocals or SOMETHING to overlay the background strumming.
liked the song, and lay off on the phaser, it's a litte overused.

CRF250 responds:

No phaser...... And don't rate any of our songs down for its lack of lyrics, we post 2 versions, lyrics. No lyrics. This is a no lyric post.

Thanks for the input tho...

yeah

i really like live stuff on NG.
you guys really need a bassist, it ties together all bands and
snaps in chord progressions for a better song.
if no one wants to o bassist, use synths.

CRF250 responds:

We got a bass, and our guitarist can play it. But live it is no help... :(

eww

red-heads are gross.
the song was extremely random, man.
i hope she rikes it, if you like, hand it to her or something.

jaredpresley responds:

Thanks man. I guess you thought it was ok? That's all I was hoping for.

okay, then

sounds like someone needs adrummer :P
try not to put background music over the lead.
also, sing with less nose, it makes the vowels really harsh.

wellp

that blows hard, broseph.
real hard.
composition of the song was nice, but the istruments were MIDI, so just use more realistic instruments (google dat shit)
